Public Comment Protocol
Your Voice Matters at SPARK!
We’d love for you to join us at our GO Team meetings to learn more about how Springdale Park Elementary is run and to share any thoughts, ideas, or concerns you may have.
Our GO Team meetings are open to everyone, and we set aside specific times for public comments during 4 of our 8 meetings each year. You’ll find the exact times listed on each meeting agenda, but generally, we offer a 10-minute public comment session at the beginning and another at the end of those meetings.
Here’s how it works:

Sign up at the door before the meeting if you’d like to speak.

For virtual meetings, email the principal or GO Team Chair to get the link.

Each speaker will have 2 minutes to share their thoughts so everyone gets a turn.
Public comment is a time for our GO Team to listen and gather input—not a time for back-and-forth discussion—so they can follow up later if needed.
If you ever have questions or ideas, you can also reach out to any GO Team member before or after a meeting.
